Service Description. This Site describes Auto Detailing, Mobile Auto Detailing, Car Detailing, Mobile Detailing, Vehicle Detailing, Auto Paint Correction, Mobile Car Wash, Interior Car Detailing provided by ZL Detailing. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://zldetailingwi.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ZL Detailing or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. ZL Detailing may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. ZL Detailing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will ZL Detailing's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZL Detailing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of WI, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in WI.

Updates. ZL Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
